A web application tailored to the needs of managers (current tasks, graphical presentations of individual development) and supervisors (automatic recommendations, employee progress reports, performance comparisons), enhanced through object-oriented modeling, iterations, and testing to ensure seamless team collaboration and integration into daily routines.
